At a time when Georgia residents were growing weary of statewide water restrictions, we created a statewide WaterSmart campaign to demonstrate that they could continue to enjoy beautiful gardens despite the drought. The program focused on water conservation techniques and smart plant selection. Other activities included media relations support for WaterSmart tax holidays and similar events.
When AstraZeneca implemented a transformational new selling model, we took on the essential role of explaining it to the company’s dedicated sales force. We crafted a compelling narrative that underscored necessity of the change and clearly articulated the role sales people needed to play. We deployed an array of communications channels to deliver the story, including a purpose-built website, newsletters, training tools, executive communications and other materials to drive understanding of the change.
When Cox Communications embarked on the strategic merger of two substantial departments into a unified organization, we played a pivotal role in communicating this transformation to both Cox employees within the newly formed entity and business partners across the cable system. Our approach involved the development of centralized messaging and voice guidelines, which became the cornerstone of a comprehensive communications program aimed at fostering greater understanding.
We collaborated closely with the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy, a vital component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, to lead a comprehensive communications planning project that better integrated the various and siloed program areas within the office including HIV, hepatitis, tick-borne disease, and blood supply safety. This thematic alignment was pivotal in uniting previously disparate functions and enhancing the office’s overall impact.
