We collaborated closely with the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy, a vital component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, to lead a comprehensive communications planning project that better integrated the various and siloed program areas within the office including HIV, hepatitis, tick-borne disease, and blood supply safety. This thematic alignment was pivotal in uniting previously disparate functions and enhancing the office’s overall impact.
